Production Planning & Scheduling
There is our company's production planning & scheduling chart as below. As an OEM manufacturer, each process of production is strictly following the schedule, which however is adjustable. Also, some parts of process can be simultaneously carried out, so the amount of time might be less than it might look like in the chart. The chart includes items like Industry Design (ID), Mechanical Design (MD), Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), Touch Panel (TP), Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) and Battery. On the horizontal column, there are Item, Details, Estimated Time, Actual Time and Notes. Please note that the estimated time is not equal to actual time, for produce adjustments are unpredictable and necessary in the process.

1st Phase
It takes 20 to 30 days to progress from defining a cell phone product to structural design and develop mould.

2nd Phase
It takes 30 days from hardware design to sealed sample.

3rd Phase
It takes 30 days from small production to volume production.
However, the time consumes depending on the requirements of mobile phone in terms of quality and technology. Nevertheless, a desired gadget is all we insist and dedicate to making.
