The neway.mobi cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage due to your failure of maintaining the Member ID and Password to comply with this Agreement. Neway. mobi does not have the duty for your damages causing by force majeure, any interrupts, or mal function.

We reserve the right (but shall have no obligation) to filter, modify, select and/or delete any or all inappropriate information. Every member is solely & legally responsible for (and that We has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) the accuracy, completeness, integrity, timeliness, correctness and non-infringement of the information that you provide while using the Service and for the consequences of your actions (including any loss or damage which We may suffer) by doing so.

5.2 •Each User acknowledges and warrants that information provided to neway.mobi shall not (a) be obscene, contain, infer any pornography, sex-related merchandising, any other content, otherwise promotes explicit sexual materials or is otherwise harmful to people, (b) be defamatory, libelous,unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing, (c) promote discrimination based on race, sex, reli gion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age, (d) infringe or otherwise abet, encourage the infringement ,be in violation of any third party's copyright, patent, trademarks, trade secrets or other proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or any other Third Party Rights, and (e) be restricted or prohibited by law.

You acknowl edge that We is not liable, or responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by any content, advertising, service, product or information from the linking websites.

7.1 •Access to and the use of neway.mobi as well as registration as a free User are free of charge. We reserve the right to modify the charging term without prior notice and would post the changed term on neway.mobi immediately.

7.2 •We provide certain services to users who have undergone a specific registration process and/or verification process and agreed to pay for such services ("Premium Services" such as advertising,trade or membership services). Use of certain services or features of neway.mobi that are part of a Premium Service are governed by additional terms and conditions under separate agreements in addition to this Terms.

11.1 •All legal notices or demands to or upon a User shall be effective if either delivered personally, sent by courier, certified mail, by facsimile or email to the last-known correspondence, fax or email address provided by the User to neway.mobi, or by posting such notice or demand on an area of the Site that is publicly accessible without a charge. Notice to a User shall be deemed to be received by such User if and when.a) Neway.mobi is able to demonstrate that communication, whether in physical or electronic form,has been sent to such User, or b) Immediately upon neway.mobi posting such notice on an area of the Site that is publicly accessi ble without charge.

12.5 •Neway.mobi's failure to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by you under the Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right nor a waiver of neway.mobi's right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

12.6 •Neway.mobi shall have the right to assign the Terms (including all of our rights, titles, benefits, interests, and obligations and duties in the Terms to any person or entity (including any affiliates of neway.mobi). You may not assign, in whole or part, the Terms to any person or entity.

12.7 •The Terms shall be governed by the laws of People's Republic of China without regard to its conflict of law provisions and the parties to the Terms agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of People's Republic of China.
