Warranty Terms and Condition
The one-year warranty applies to all products. The warranty period starts from the date when the products are received by customers. For an order of 3000 units and above, we offer spare cell phone parts (board, LCD, TP, cameras are not included) for 2% of the products in the order for free. These free parts will be delivered to the customers along with the order.
We’ll proceed your request for product maintenance or repair under warranty conditions. For products that are inapplicable to warranty conditions, we will offer assistance in repair, while cost for material and shipping in the repair should be at customer's expense.
Details of Warranty Service
For your convenience, we provide remote service to identify, diagnose, and solve problems in your device via internet, telephone. If the problem can be solved by software upgrade & installation or parts replacement, our technicians will guide you with specified steps to update software or replace unworkable parts without shipping the device.
If the problem can not be solved by remote service, further repair service will be arranged for your device according to warranty conditions. If the repair service is beyond the scope of law or our commitment, customers shall bear the corresponding expense.
We offer replacement for the same type of host, defected parts, free parts. Customers should send the products to designated sites for replacement.
Warranty is limited to devices in the normal conditions of use. The warranty will void in the following circumstances:
A )Warranty expired.
B )Damage caused by improper operation, including being using in abnormal condition, perform
operation against the instruction manual etc.
C )Disassemble, modify the device without authorization.
D )Damage caused by force majeure (such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning,ect).
E )Phone model, barcode label , warranty credential has been altered or damaged.
F )Natural wear and tear of housing, keypad, display, antenna, accessories, ect.
G )Cosmetic damage (wear, scratches, etc.) will not apply to replacement service.
H )Problem of network, wireless service providers(carriers)
Precautions for Warranty Service
Customers will need to provide requested information (IMEI, No.CI number,symptoms etc.) for requesting warranty service.
If you need to send out the device for repair, please make sure that you have backed up all the important information and data (phone numbers, text message, pictures, etc.) in the device to avoid any data loss or leaks. In any case, our repair center and its staffs will not be responsible for data and information safety of your device as well as any consequences caused by data loss or leaks. Please save your information and data safely before sending the device out.
